Refund Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and access-based products, all purchases are generally considered final once the service has been used.

However, XCity Real Estate may provide refunds under the conditions described below.

Subscription Plans and Contact Access Services

A refund may be requested if:

• The user has not used the purchased service.
• The user has not accessed, viewed, unlocked, received, or acquired any seller, owner, builder, agent, or property contact details through the platform.
• The user has not substantially benefited from the service provided.

Once any seller, owner, builder, agent, or property contact information has been accessed, viewed, shared, downloaded, unlocked, or otherwise obtained by the user, the service shall be deemed used and no refund shall be available.

Individual Property Plans

For individual property-related plans, a refund may be granted only if:

• The specific property advertised, promoted, or purchased under the plan has already been sold, rented, withdrawn, or is otherwise unavailable at the time the user seeks to use the service; and
• XCity Real Estate is unable to provide the advertised property opportunity associated with that plan.

In such cases, the user may be eligible for a refund after verification by XCity Real Estate.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

• The user has accessed or obtained seller, owner, builder, developer, or agent contact information.
• The user has communicated with property owners or leads obtained through the platform.
• The user changes their mind after purchasing a service.
• The user is dissatisfied with a property, price, location, negotiation outcome, or transaction result.
• A buyer and seller fail to reach an agreement.
• The user fails to conduct proper due diligence.
• The user does not use the service after obtaining access.
• Any issue arises between parties after contact information has been shared.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are subject to review and verification by XCity Real Estate.

We reserve the right to request relevant information and usage records before approving or rejecting a refund request.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.

Right to Refuse Refunds

XCity Real Estate reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy or where misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of platform policies is suspected.
